By using the FuelExpress platform you agree to these terms.

1. Services

FuelExpress supplies High-Speed Diesel (HSD, BS-VI) at customer sites via PESO-approved fuel bowsers. Deliveries are subject to bowser & driver availability, road access, and local licensing.

2. Pricing & payment

• Prices are quoted per litre and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Payment is via wallet top-up (Razorpay) or approved credit terms as configured on your customer account.
• Late payments incur interest at 18% p.a. or as agreed contractually.

3. Quality

Every batch is sampled and independently tested. Delivery challans list the lot number and lab report. Any dispute must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Orders can be cancelled up to 30 min before the driver is dispatched. Once dispatched, any variance between ordered and delivered quantity is invoiced at actuals.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific delivery. We do not accept consequential losses. All statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
