FuelExpress Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us") operates the FuelExpress doorstep-diesel-delivery platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

Account data — name, email, phone, company details, GSTIN, PAN.
Delivery data — delivery addresses, site coordinates, fuel-quantity history.
Payment data — Razorpay payment IDs; card and UPI credentials are handled only by our PCI-DSS-certified processor.
Device data — for driver apps: GPS location, device model, OS version.

2. How we use the data

To fulfil your orders (dispatch, tracking, invoicing).
To improve our service (aggregate analytics, no personal identification).
To comply with tax, PESO, and other statutory obligations.

3. Data sharing

We share data only with (a) our payment processor, (b) SMS/WhatsApp providers to notify you, (c) statutory authorities where required by law.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@fuelexpress.in.
